Igor Extensions stored in this folder are automatically opened by
Igor when it starts up. If you want to use an extension, create
a shortcut to it inside this folder and then restart Igor Pro.

Extensions can add capabilities to Igor such as:
  loading specific types of files
  number-crunching operations and functions
  data-acquisition

If you are a C programmer, you can create your own extensions
using the optional "Igor External Operations Toolkit". Contact
WaveMetrics for details.

You will find additional extensions in the More Extensions folder.
To activate an extension in the More Extensions folder, create
a shortcut to the extension inside the Igor Extensions folder,
and then restart Igor Pro.
